From 09:00 AM to 3:00 PM (6 hours)
 
The area(s) affected include:  Yigo:  Wusstig Road areas including Chalan Okso, Chalan Kaskahu, Chalan Dinana, Kayen Pumeska, Kayen Kumpaire, Kayen Umasodda
 
REASON: GPA crews will be upgrading power lines and poles in the area to improve power quality and reliability.
 
Customers using backup generators, please ensure your main breaker is in the OPEN position to ensure the safety of the GPA crews working on the lines.

From 08:30 AM to 2:30 PM (6 hours)
 
The area(s) affected include:  Yona:  all customers southbound after Ylig Bridge to the Route 4 Cross-Island Road intersection, including Chalan Seminaru Road. This also includes GWA WBP-5.
 
There will be a brief interruption of power at 2:00 PM.
 
Customers affected by the thirty (30) minute interruption will be:
 
Location:  Yona:  all customers located in Pulantant, from Balajadia Road southbound to Ylig Bridge
 
REASON: GPA crews will be performing maintenance work to replace pole top hardware(s), to improve power quality and reliability.
 
Customers using backup generators, please ensure your main breaker is in the OPEN position to ensure the safety of the GPA crews working on the lines.

The area(s) affected include:  Santa Rita/Apra Substation to Calvo’s area on Route 17, Cross Island Road:  Felix T. Dydasco Street, Juan Cruz Drive, Vicente Borja Drive, Felix Babauta Drive, Felix Pangelinan Drive, Ignacio Cruz Drive, Felix Dydasco Drive, J. Kindo Avenue, Joaquin Diaz Drive, Dr. Iseke Street, Apra Vista Court, Discansagon Drive, Bishop Baumgartner Drive, Jose Santos Street and all customers within the areas.
 
REASON: GPA crews will be conducting vegetation management including trimming and removing overgrown vegetation in contact with the power lines, to improve power quality and reliability.

The Guam Power Authority advises that there will be a secondary road closure today, Wednesday – 10 March 2021 from 09:00AM to 2:00PM (5 hours):
 
The area(s) affected include:  Tamuning: Tun Josen Fejeran Street (located near the Ran-Care Building in Tamuning)
 
REASON:  The outage is necessary as GPA Line crews will be trimming vegetation and installing hardware on power lines in preparation for future additional maintenance work, to be announced separately.
 
This power utility work is essential to support power quality and reliability of the islandwide power system.
 
Customers using backup generators, please ensure your main breaker is in the OPEN position to ensure the safety of the GPA crews working on the lines.

Thursday, 11 March 2021
From: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (5.5 hours)
 
The area(s) affected include:  Ipan, Talofofo:  GWA Water Booster Pump-5, Country Club of the Pacific Golf Course.
 
REASON: GPA crews will be performing maintenance work to improve power quality and reliability.
 
In addition, there will be two (2) 30-minute interruptions of service for the following areas beginning once at 09:00 AM and again at 2:30 PM:
Location:  Cruz Heights and going north on Route 4 all the way to the Country Club of the Pacific Golf Course

The Guam Power Authority advises that a power outage is scheduled as follows:
 
Wednesday, 17 March 2021
From: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)
 
The area(s) affected include:  IHP Clinic, Laundry Basket, H&R Block, Larkin Chiropractic, Buddy Rental, HPS Clinic, Jang Su Restaurant, I Love Pho Restaurant, Luck Nails, Destiny Restaurant, CostULess, Shirley’s Restaurant, Korean Church and customers within the surrounding areas.
 
REASON: GPA crews will be removing a large tree grown over main power lines to prevent damages to power lines, prevent power outages and improve power quality.
 
In addition, there will be two (2) 30-minute interruptions of service for the following areas beginning at 10:00 AM and again at 2:00 PM:

Location:  Westbound on Route 27 Harmon Loop Road from Tsang Brothers to the Route 16 intersection; Northbound on Route 16 from the intersection of Route 16 and Route 27 to the Micronesia Mall; and the intersection of Route 16 to Route 27A Fatima Road (both the left and right side of Fatima Road)and customers within the area.
